On the first three evenings, a group of culinary maestros collaborate on a finely-orchestrated 8-courses, including mini-wine pairings and celebrated international pianist Richard Sully.

On the final “CHEESE & WINE NIGHT”, savour rare artisanal cheeses from Les Frères Merchand,
France’s oldest cheesemonger, paired with canapés, wines, and a performance by renowned opera quintet Fivera.
