Named one of Asia & the world’s best chefs, the Vietnamese American maestro helms 1-Michelin Star Anan Saigon, the first and only Michelin-starred restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Charles Coulombeau

A phenomenal rising star in the culinary world, the French chef headlines his very own 1-Michelin star La Maison dans le Parc in Nancy, France

Joaquin Soriano

Our maestro of patisserie heads CJSJ Patisserie in Taiwan, is a Chocolaterie De L’ Opera Ambassador, and won the Championnat de France du Dessert in the macarons category.
